After a while Tree Topper Clive appeared at the door and chirped, “Oh hello Pod!”

“Hello there Clive, I've just discovered something and I've had an idea about it I think you'd like”, said the pixie quite enthusiastically.

“Really and what does this idea involve?”, asked Tree Topper Clive, ever hesitant about Pixie Pod's ideas.

Well its like this . . . I met a splitzploo down Madaboo lane and he was practicing on a funny noise machine for the free festival of Madaboo and Pan, which, he was quite insistant, was only for splitzploos. So I was thinking we could go along to this festival and hide in the trees. That way we could enjoy the festival without upsetting the splitzploos, said Pixie Pod, turning red in the face as he was quite out of breath explaining the whole thing to Tree Topper Clive. When he got his breath back, he went on to say, “Its on tomorrow night, what do you think about going?”

“Won't the splitzploos be angry if they catch us said the squirrel always anxious about peril of any sort, including the wrath of splitzploos.

“They won't, we will be clever about it”, said Pixie Pod.

“Right, you're on”, said Tree Topper Clive.
